Implementing new Enterprise wide Media Asset Management (MAM) System. Responsible for specifying, administering and supporting business solutions used to manage SBS media assets. This includes responsibility for defining and managing Scope, Business and Functional Requirements, Technical Architecture and Solution working closely with Business, IT, Engineering and the chosen vendor. Managed RFP process and High Level Design with the Preferred Vendor – Dalet co-ordinating over 40 business users and technical team.

Requirements and Analysis on a new Content Discovery/Recommendations System to service multiple Products and Devices (Tablet, Android, STB, Web) based on recommendation types and rules such as   Content, Collaborative, Personalised, Social, Mood, Entitlement, Promotional and Time. Working closely with Product Manager to define requirements and participate in the vendor selection to deliver a service platform.

Also working on a  new Metadata Content Discovery to centralise and Enrich Foxtel’s Metadata and enable publishing to Devices/CMS’. RFQ preparation for 3rd Party metadata vendor suppliers and also ran workshops with Business and Product areas with aim to reduce the duplication of effort in maintaining metadata and creation of schedules.

Design Team Lead Architect.

· Design Team lead for a large complex $15m cross industry Internet banking solution project (MAMBO) involving the five major Australian Banks (CBA, Westpac, NAB, ANZ and St George) over a 15 month period from Concept stage, through Feasibility and Business Proposal to High Level Solution Design. Purpose was to interconnect banks, organisations and consumers using a new electronic addressing capability enabling them to receive and send messages, information and payments directly through the secure environment of their Bank’s Internet Banking site.

· I developed the Requirements and Architectural design Organising and running large workshops (40 plus people) from various stakeholders groups (Executive Managers, Internet Banking Product Managers, Senior Architects, 3rd party Vendors) in Sydney and Melbourne.

· I delivered detailed requirements and solution design defining the framework of the solution for Banks to then develop internally their systems to integrate to the platform.

· Worked on various qualitative Consumer focus group studies presenting the MAMBO concept to assess general consumer appeal, potential triggers or barriers to uptake of the service and to investigate addressing types and understand the positives and negatives of associating the product with the BPAY brand or Bank’s brand.

· Worked on Brand Management sessions with BPAY’s Marketing 3rd party vendor feeding the solution into the process and obtaining feedback on branding which would influence my design.
